A FEW HINTS ON USING ACROBAT READER

VIEWING

The default view is 100%. The Adobe Tool Bar has three document icons on it. The left (default) is 100%. The document icon on the far right is 125% and fills the screen nicely with easy-to-read text. There's a small magnifying glass on the lower left of the screen. If you click on that, you can set the precise level of document size you want. There are also the + and - icons on the tool bar that allow quick size changes.

PRINTING

If you want to print the document, use the print icon in Acrobat, not the icon on the web browser.

SEARCHING

The Binocular icon on the Adobe will enable you to search for key words.

HAND

In addition to the standard Windows tools for navigating, the HAND icon lets you left click the mouse to anchor the screen and then, with the left button pressed, move the screen around with the mouse. (When the mouse is clicked, the hand clenches indicating it has a hold on the screen).
